You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Before returning any item, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team first. In many cases, we can provide a quicker and more convenient solution, such as arranging a different size or recommending a suitable alternative.

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number).

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Personal care or hygiene products where applicable.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.


4. How to Request a Return

Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours with the next steps and, if applicable, the correct return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your parcel.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind

If you no longer wish to keep your item or ordered the wrong size, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged item,

  • a defective product,

  • or the wrong item,

Nortmere will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • A photo of the packaging if available.

Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and arrange an appropriate solution.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

If an item isn't quite right, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before returning it. In many cases, we can help by recommending a better size or suggesting another suitable solution, allowing you to enjoy your purchase without the need for a return.

If a return is still the best option, we'll provide you with the necessary instructions to complete the process as smoothly as possible.


8. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of placing your order can usually be accommodated.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In that case, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.


9. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Nortmere cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
